A humanitarian convoy from Jordan, consisting of 13 trucks carrying 54,600 food parcels supplies, has arrived in Yemen to support communities affected by the ongoing crisis.
The convoy dispatched by the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) departed Jordan last Tuesday and arrived in Yemen on Saturday carried essential food items, medical supplies, and other relief materials, coordinated with Yemeni authorities and humanitarian partners to ensure delivery to the most vulnerable populations.
Jordanian officials highlighted that the aid reflects Amman’s solidarity with the Yemeni people and its commitment to alleviating humanitarian suffering.
Humanitarian observers stressed the importance of sustained regional and international support to meet Yemen’s vast needs, as millions continue to face food insecurity and limited access to healthcare.
