“We’ve hit their headquarters,” Waltz told CBS news channel’s show’ “Face the Nation” on Sunday, adding “We’ve hit communications nodes, weapons factories and even some of their over-the-water drone production facilities.”
Waltz did not identify the slain missile specialist and gave no details on the other leaders who have been killed.
The campaign of airstrikes targeting the rebels, which began March 15, killed and injured scores of Houthis elements and civilians.
